DAN MOELLER (contributing blogger) is a 2007 graduate from Bucknell University with a BA in Cultural Anthropology. A slack economy and sinecure after sinecure turned him into an inspired yet lazy individual who lusts for classic, compelling books and Tex-Mex cuisine. Spanish food is generally bastardized in Japan where he currently resides and teaches through the Japan Exchange and Teaching (JET) Programme. He hails from the small, yet lush island of Osakikamijima.
